In March 2018, Jobscience was purchased by Bullhorn, another Saas based recruitment system. At the very same time, Bullhorn also purchased Talent Rover, another Salesforce based recruitment system. In 2017, Bullhorn purchased Connexys, a Dutch-based recruitment system, also on Salesforce. That is three of the largest recruitment offerings on the Salesforce platform in a single company
Bullhorn also purchased PeopleNet and Fyre, making the future for staff customers of any of the group products very interesting and the exciting times ahead!
I came across Bullhorn earlier in my days in recruitment back in CPL Recruitment, when we reviewed it as a solution on a couple of occasions. Had Bullhorn been selected over a Salesforce solution back then things would have turned out quite different!
My new role in the Bullhorn organisation is that of Senior Solutions Architect. I work across the entire Bullhorn platform offering and despite the difference between the underlying technology, the recruitment process is similar through both platforms. These similarities go beyond just process on a system level, but the practices around implementations on all systems.
